AFTER SALES SERVICE

You will normally find in Italy that this section doesn’t exist. Once you have purchased your home you are on your own. As we have been through the process, and bought our homes in Italy ourselves, we know the importance of having an efficient and friendly support network to make the settling in period exciting and not stressful.

We will monitor and liaise with the lawyer during the

purchase process.

We can assist in obtaining all the necessary documentation required for living in Italy.

We can arrange gas, water and electricity connections.

We can offer you project management if your new home is in need of renovation, with fortnightly updates on progress.
