Purchasing my home in Italy wasn’t merely easy and stress free with Italian Homes 4U. It was a joy.

Sandra Wadey and her partner Tony Donkin have been in love
with
visits to various parts of the country for 15 years, the couple
fi nally made it their aim to permanently retire here when they
could, and at the start of 2009 they fi nally set the wheels in
motion to make their dream of a new life in
“We had, over the years, been to most regions of “But it was after visiting Lazio and the

The process of searching and buying turned out to be a remarkably easy
one. “David took us to view several properties and we soon found the right
house for us,” Sandra says. David himself felt the couple made an excellent
choice on their property: “The important part of this sale was the amazing
value – fourteen rooms, a double garage and a And once Sandra and Tony had settled on their decision, they found that
everything was made much easier by having a supportive agent on hand at all
times. “David arranged everything for us,” Sandra tells us. “He took us to the
compromesso [preliminary contract] signing, and for the rogito
– it could not have gone more smoothly.” The couple certainly felt they had
been very lucky with their Italian property buying experience, and were over
the moon when they were able to move into their new home on 1 July 2009.
So, having been living their Italian life for several months now, how
do they fi nd it? “We love our house!” beams Sandra. “Our lovely Italian
neighbours have ‘adopted’ us and we feel we are settling well into Italian
life. David and his wife have been very kind too, and have shown us where
all the local facilities and shops are.”
Looking back on her experience, Sandra is keen to emphasise just how behind you. “We cannot speak too highly of Italian Homes 4U,” she says.
“David was so good. He only showed us homes that met our specifi cations
and he didn’t abandon us after he had his fee, instead continuing to offer help and knowledge with things like residency. He offers a truly complete

Testimonial... Where do we begin? We are very pleased and grateful with Italian Homes 4U and their staff, and to Claudio Cinelli (the most outstanding builder I know) and his team of professionals. Our Arpino home purchase was a very complex project comprising the search, purchase, reconstruction and total restoration of three separate apartments that are 738 years old and 400 square meters in size. These apartments were combined into one incredible home. Both David Baron and Claudio Cinelli, (who was introduced to us by David) were unknown to us until our first meeting in August of 2009. We were given David’s contact information by staff at the hotel Cavalieri D’Arpino. The Cavalieri was our home away from home when visiting until the project was completed. It is a great local hotel which we highly recommend.
Everything from property search and selection, language barrier, logistics of 5,000 miles, Italian law and culture, restoration and renovation, design, materials selection, relocation, residency documentation, and integration, to after purchase support and care, were nothing other than outstanding. Just think of the hundreds of details that required coordination and oversight. This team did it all. The difference between good and great is the attention to details, which these professionals excel at.
I am personally indebted to both David and Claudio for flawlessly making a 40 year dream come true. The experience exceeded our expectations in every way. We praise God and give Him all the glory for the Divine appointment of David and Claudio. Both David and his staff and Claudio and his team are all people of integrity first and foremost. They are true professionals who have a passion for excellence in service and execution, and now beyond friends, family….
